    After establishing the project narrative, we assemble a team to create a timeline based on your needs and desired move-in date, and put together a proforma based on your budget, expected timeline, features, concepts, and square footages. As the project progresses and your needs evolve, we provide timely information on cost estimates and constructability to ensure the project stays within budget and on track

  • Architecturally Driven Design

    To bring your vision to life, we collaborate with talented modern architects in the region, whom we carefully select, hire, and manage. Our teaming approach, along with Modern Edge's expertise as a premier developer of modern homes, empowers us to deliver architecturally driven designs that are truly amazing.

  • Performance-Based Engineering

    In addition to collaborating with talented modern architects, we also select and hire highly skilled engineers who apply proven high-performance home techniques to civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design, ensuring the highest quality and functionality of your home.

  • Applied Building Science

    We apply building science to gain an understanding of how your home will interact with the environment, and then design it to be energy-efficient, durable, and comfortable.
