Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, resources, and timelines
- Develop and manage budgets and work schedules
- Monitor project performance and maintain alignment with contract documents
- Provide timely updates to internal teams, clients, and consultants
- Oversee trade partners and vendor coordination
- Ensure quality control and on-time inspections
- Maintain safe, organized, and performance-driven job sites
- Foster relationships across the full project team—from designers to site crews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential project management
- Strong understanding of modern construction practices and project lifecycle
- Proficient in project management tools and reporting workflows
