Our Founder, Craig Shrader established our company because of his passion for creating modern luxury homes. With over 25 years of experience in engineering and construction, Craig's approach to modern luxury home development is informed by comprehensive design approaches and construction methods fueled by a passion for fine craftsmanship. We blend this craftmanship with innovative design features, contemporary building science and construction technology, resulting in high- performance residential properties with an unmistakable modern style.
