Spring Branch

Currently in design, the Spring Branch Residence is a high-performance modern home shaped by the constraints and opportunities of a pie-shaped lot. The architecture responds with disciplined geometry—adapting to the site while maintaining clean, efficient interior spaces.
A cantilevered upper volume defines the street presence, creating a covered forecourt and extending the home's visual width. At the center, a linear pool forms a private courtyard that organizes the living spaces around light, privacy, and outdoor connection.
Spanning approximately 6,000 square feet, the residence integrates climate-responsive design, a high-performance envelope, and a restrained material palette—reflecting a balanced approach where architecture, performance, and livability work as one.
